Bodyweight Workout : 5 Bodyweight Workouts For Burning Fat And Sculpting Lean Muscle

With bodyweight exercises, your gym is always with you.  The truth is that you can get into excellent shape and lose fat with no equipment at all (although someplace to do pull ups or body rows is nice to have).
