31 Day Fat Loss Cure : Why You Should Be Using Free Weights!

You see them in all the big box gyms.

Row after row of pulleys, hinges, and 31 Day Fat Loss Cure stacks. Each one stares you down and promises an easy solution. Each one silently communicates to you, “use me and I will fulfill all of your dreams of a hot body.”

Each one perpetuates 31 Day Fat Loss Cure this big lie.

The lie is a promise of a magic pill, or in this case one of a magic machine. The falsehood that by using some gizmo or gadget, you’ll be quickly turned into the fitness god 31 Day Fat Loss Cure you see on the covers of the fitness magazines. I have two sophisticated words for this: Bull. Shit.

The truth should always be clear — you have to work if you want to see the right results. And as they say, 31 Day Fat Loss Cure the truth does hurt.

It’s also the truth that you don’t need any particular machine or piece of equipment to get into the best shape. There are useful pieces of equipment, and even a 31 Day Fat Loss Cure machine or two, that can help your fitness regimen. But they are by no means necessary.

So what’s this problem with 31 Day Fat Loss Cure machines for successful fitness training?

Problem #1: Forcing the body to move along unnatural lines of movement.

If your fitness training is based on the availability of machines you will not know what to do if you can’t make it to the gym.

I could write an entire book on the subject of “fitness myths”

With body31 Day Fat Loss Cure exercises, your gym is always with you.  The truth is that you can get into excellent shape and 31 Day Fat Loss Cure fat with no equipment at all (although someplace to do pull ups or body rows is nice to have).  And since my recent survey showed that body31 Day Fat Loss Cure workouts were the preferred form of exercise by many of you following the 31 Day 31 Day Fat Loss Cure Cure program, I thought I’d give you five more workouts to mix things up.

The body31 Day Fat Loss Cure workouts in the 31DFLC manual require no equipment – not even a pull up bar.  I did that intentionally so people following the program would have no excuses when it came to doing the workouts.  But ideally, you  31 Day Fat Loss Cure would have access to a pull up bar so the first two workouts of this post do involve pull ups (or body rows if pull ups are too challenging at this time for you).

The Pull & Burp.

Perform opposing ladders of Pull  31 Day Fat Loss Cure Ups and Burpees.  For the pull ups, start at 10 and work your way down to 1.  For the burpees, start at 1 and work your way up to 10.  So for the workout you would do 10 pull ups followed by 1 burpee.  Then 9 pull  31 Day Fat Loss Cure ups followed by 2 burpees.  All the way until you reach the end of the workout with 1 pull up and 10 burpees.  The object is to complete the opposing ladders as quickly as possible.

You may substitute body rows for  31 Day Fat Loss Cure the pull ups or baby burpees for the burpees.  To do the body row, hand a long towel or sturdy thick rope from the pull up bar, 31 Day Fat Loss Cure grab with both hands, and then walk your feet forward until your body is straight.  Now pull until your elbows are fully bent while keeping your body straight.  The c31 Day Fat Loss Curer your hands are to the pull up bar, the easier the movement will be.

1 x 3 x 2

Do as many pull ups as you  31 Day Fat Loss Cure can without stopping.  Multiply the number of reps of the pull ups by 3 and then do that many push ups.  Then multiply your push up number by 2 and do that many squats.  Repeat this cycle three times, always  31 Day Fat Loss Cure adjusting your reps according to the number of pull ups you complete.  If pull ups are too difficult, you may substitute body rows.  If using body rows multiply your number of body rows by 2 to get your push up number and still multiply your push up number by 2 to get your squat number.

Another great thing about body31 Day Fat Loss Cure training is that you can take things outdoors with no hassle.  The next two workouts are perfect for the park or your back  31 Day Fat Loss Cure yard.

Walk This Way

Complete 20 walking lunge  31 Day Fat Loss Cure steps. Then turn around and do flying burpees back to your starting  31 Day Fat Loss Cure point.  For the flying burpee you will jump forward (like a broad jump) instead of straight up.  Repeat the cycle 3 – 5 times.

Home Run 31 Day Fat Loss Cure

If you’re ready to give your clothes the Pete Rose head-first-slide treatment, you could actually  31 Day Fat Loss Cure do this workout on a baseball diamond.  But that’s not necessary, just use a big open field to set up four stations and perform the workout  31 Day Fat Loss Cure as follows.

At “home plate” do as many push ups as you  31 Day Fat Loss Cure can.  Once your push ups are complete, 31 Day Fat Loss Cure jump up and spring to “first base”.  At first base, do as many lunges as you can.  When the lunges are done, sprint to “second base”.

At second base, do as many  31 Day Fat Loss Cure burpees as you can.  After the burpees, sprint to “third base”.

At third base, do as many squats as you  31 Day Fat Loss Cure can.  After the squats, sprint your way back to  31 Day Fat Loss Cure home plate.  Rest until you’re ready to do it again.  Perform the cycle 2 – 4 times.

Push & Jump

Do 5 push ups immediately followed by 10 squat jumps.  If the squat jumps are too easy, use tuck jumps.  Repeat the cycle  31 Day Fat Loss Cure as many times as possible in 10 – 15 minutes.

You’ve been training like crazy and 31 Day Fat Loss Cure your diet is dialed in.

For several weeks now, you’ve seen your 31 Day Fat Loss Cure drop a few pounds each week like clockwork.  You feel good, you look good, and overall you are very pleased with your progress.

But now that you’ve tasted the 31 Day Fat Loss Cure benefits of intense training and a healthy diet, you want to take it to the next level.

Maybe it’s a hint of vanity or ego, 31 Day Fat Loss Cure but you want it. . . you want six-pack abs and the confidence that comes with them.

And to get there, you have to 31 Day Fat Loss Cure drop ten more pounds.  And that final ten pounds means taking your training and nutrition to the next level.

If you are ready to put in some extra training 31 Day Fat Loss Cure and tweak your diet a bit, you can 31 Day Fat Loss Cure those final ten pounds and get that lean sexy physique that you desire.  Follow these tips below as you work towards taking your body to the next level.

1.  Be prepared to get VERY light. When I decided to go for it and get as lean as possible, I was shocked at how light I 31 Day Fat Loss Cure had to get for the abs to really show.  At 5 feet 8 inches tall, I weighed in at 148 pounds when I was at my leanest.  When I’m in “normal” shape, I weigh around 165 pounds.  I was 37 years old in the picture below (I just 31 Day Fat Loss Cure turned 39) and in the best shape of my life.  I may not look “small” in the picture, but keep in mind I was under 150 pounds.

2.  Jump start your day with the 10 minute 31 Day Fat Loss Cure wake up call. Roll out of bed, use the bathroom, maybe do some light stretching to get the blood flowing, and then hit it hard for 10 minutes.

I call it my 10 minute wake up call.  You 31 Day Fat Loss Cure could do as many burpees or kettlebell swings as possible in 10 minutes.  Or you could do 30 second sprinting, skipping 31 Day Fat Loss Cure rope, or rowing intervals for 10 minutes.

The key is to do something that 31 Day Fat Loss Cure is going to get your heart rate jacked for those 10 minutes.  And this wake up call is done in addition to other training for the day.  A sample 31 Day Fat Loss Cure schedule might be that you do the 10 minute wake up call at 7:00am and 31 Day Fat Loss Cure then do your normally scheduled training at 6:00pm.

The rest of the day I snack on fruit (usually apples) and a small amount of nuts.  To be honest, I don’t think I could 31 Day Fat Loss Cure have done this in my 20's and gotten the same results.  But as I’ve aged, I’ve found that my need for a large caloric intake is 31 Day Fat Loss Cure unnecessary even when undergoing intense training.

4.  Listen to your body. Personally, 31 Day Fat Loss Cure I don’t follow a set number of training days per week.

I go as many days in a row as I 31 Day Fat Loss Cure can until I notice that I need a break, and then I take a day off.  This is usually four days straight for me.  Sometimes it’s three days.  Then 31 Day Fat Loss Cure again, some days it’s six days.

The longer you train, the more 31 Day Fat Loss Cure in-tune you will be with when your body needs the rest.  I also listen to my body in regards to diet.  I only eat when I’m hungry.  If lunch rolls 31 Day Fat Loss Cure around, and I’m not feeling very hungry, I don’t eat.  And by the same token, if I wake up starving then I eat a solid breakfast even 31 Day Fat Loss Cure if my original plan was to skip breakfast and just graze on fruit and nuts until lunch.

5.  It all counts. That forkful of pasta?  It 31 Day Fat Loss Cure counts.  That one bottle of beer?  It counts.  That last set of squats when your legs are quaking and you want to quit?  It counts.  It all 31 Day Fat Loss Cure counts when you are trying to shed those final ten pounds.  Keep your goal in mind and know that the body you desire is within your grasp if you are ready to train and eat like you never have before.

Losing those last ten pounds can be a challenge.  But 31 Day Fat Loss Cure it can be done.  Train hard, keep the diet tight, listen to your body, and remember that it all counts when you are 31 Day Fat Loss Cure striving for your best body.

Nearly five years ago I 31 Day Fat Loss Cure came up with the bright idea to do 100 consecutive rounds of sparring.

I wanted to do something 31 Day Fat Loss Cure special to commemorate having studied the martial arts for 25 years and I thought that 100 rounds of light-contact sparring with my karate students would be a fine way to remember the occasion.  We 31 Day Fat Loss Cure even turned it into a charity event and raised over $3,000.00 for the American Cancer Society (two of my students were cancer survivors including my top student and the 10 year old kid I sparred with in round 99).

But my “bright idea” took over five 31 Day Fat Loss Cure and a half hours to complete.  Even though we were only using light contact, I was heavily bruised from elbow to wrist on both arms from blocking.  I dehydrated at about the half way point and could barely stand, 31 Day Fat Loss Cure let alone kick, for most of the middle rounds.  But towards the end, I caught my second wind and was back to lovingly tapping my students in the head with my feet.  :)

1 full push up. We’re constantly told to never skip breakfast.

To a point, I agree that breakfast is a necessary, but not for nutritional reasons.

Instead I’ve noticed that eating 31 Day Fat Loss Cure a good breakfast sets me up to think positively and make better decisions for the rest of the day. If I’ve eaten a healthy breakfast, the rest of my meals are healthy as well.

Breakfast doesn’t have to be hard, 31 Day Fat Loss Cure though. Here are 5 healthy menu options that will help you get your day started in a health way.

1. Fruit Smoothies 31 Day Fat Loss Cure

A smoothie works well if I train at home before I leave for the workday. I don’t use packaged powders, or 31 Day Fat Loss Cure odd recipes, though. My general recipe is 4 ounces of milk, water, or juice and a banana or some berries.

What Is The Primal Diet

Unfortunately, will power has its limitations.  Sometimes the siren song of all of the things that you know you should not eat is just too much to bear.  We all have 31 Day Fat Loss Cures that we crave, and many of us (including myself) have an especially difficult time resisting that craving when it’s late at night.

So what do you do?  Fall 31 Day Fat Loss Cure off of the wagon and use lack of will power as an excuse to go on a cookie rampage?  Of course not.  But below are a few tips that I personally use to kill late night eating and cravings.

1.  Eat more fat during the day. Increasing your healthy fat intake can make you feel full and reduce the urge to eat when you shouldn’t.  Avocados are an excellent choice and a small handful 31 Day Fat Loss Cure of walnuts is my go-to crave buster.  Nut butters are great with a few sticks of celery – just make sure nut butter you choose (I prefer almond butter) does not have any added sugar or salt.  I also don’t hold back on the balsamic vinaigrette on my spinach salads – if you make your own, extra 31 Day Fat Loss Cure virgin olive oil should be the main ingredient.

2.  Crunch this not that.
