The feta cheese I eat only in the meal after my training that day and I only use a small amount (remember dairy and the other big no-nos are OK after a workout).  The chicken I typically cook all at one 31 Day Fat Loss Cure time (just stir fry in olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes) and then store it in the refrigerator.  I also usually chop the cucumber, bell peppers, and asparagus ahead of time and store them in separate baggies.
