31 Day Fat Loss Cure : 5 Body Fat Loss Workouts For Burning Fat And Sculpting Lean Muscle

With body31 Day Fat Loss Cure exercises, your gym is always with you. The truth is that you can get into excellent shape and 31 Day Fat Loss Cure fat with no equipment at all (although someplace to do pull ups or body rows is nice to have). The body31 Day Fat Loss Cure workouts in the 31DFLC manual require no equipment – not even a pull up bar. I did that intentionally so people following the program would have no excuses when it came to doing the workouts. But ideally, you 31 Day Fat Loss Cure would have access to a pull up bar so the first two workouts of this post do involve pull ups (or body rows if pull ups are too challenging at this time for you).
The Pull & Burp.
Perform opposing ladders of Pull 31 Day Fat Loss Cure Ups and Burpees. For the pull ups, start at 10 and work your way down to 1. For the burpees, start at 1 and work your way up to 10. So for the workout you would do 10 pull ups followed by 1 burpee. Then 9 pull 31 Day Fat Loss Cure ups followed by 2 burpees. All the way until you reach the end of the workout with 1 pull up and 10 burpees. The object is to complete the opposing ladders as quickly as possible.
You may substitute body rows for 31 Day Fat Loss Cure the pull ups or baby burpees for the burpees. To do the body row, hand a long towel or sturdy thick rope from the pull up bar, 31 Day Fat Loss Cure grab with both hands, and then walk your feet forward until your body is straight. Do as many pull ups as you 31 Day Fat Loss Cure can without stopping. Multiply the number of reps of the pull ups by 3 and then do that many push ups. Then multiply your push up number by 2 and do that many squats. Repeat this cycle three times, always 31 Day Fat Loss Cure adjusting your reps according to the number of pull ups you complete. If pull ups are too difficult, you may substitute body rows. If using body rows multiply your number of body rows by 2 to get your push up number and still multiply your push up number by 2 to get your squat number.

Walk This Way
Complete 20 walking lunge 31 Day Fat Loss Cure steps. Then turn around and do flying burpees back to your starting 31 Day Fat Loss Cure point. For the flying burpee you will jump forward (like a broad jump) instead of straight up. Repeat the cycle 3 – 5 times.
Home Run 31 Day Fat Loss Cure
If you’re ready to give your clothes the Pete Rose head-first-slide treatment, you could actually 31 Day Fat Loss Cure do this workout on a baseball diamond. But that’s not necessary, just use a big open field to set up four stations and perform the workout 31 Day Fat Loss Cure as follows.
At “home plate” do as many push ups as you 31 Day Fat Loss Cure can. Once your push ups are complete, 31 Day Fat Loss Cure jump up and spring to “first base”. At first base, do as many lunges as you can. When the lunges are done, sprint to “second base”.
At second base, do as many 31 Day Fat Loss Cure burpees as you can. After the burpees, sprint to “third base”.
At third base, do as many squats as you 31 Day Fat Loss Cure can. After the squats, sprint your way back to 31 Day Fat Loss Cure home plate. Rest until you’re ready to do it again. Perform the cycle 2 – 4 times.
This final workout is perfect for 31 Day Fat Loss Cure when you need some quick training in a hotel room or even your office at work.
Push & Jump
Do 5 push ups immediately followed by 10 squat jumps. If the squat jumps are too easy, use tuck jumps. Repeat the cycle 31 Day Fat Loss Cure as many times as possible in 10 – 15 minutes.
