Nearly five years ago I came up with the bright idea to do 100 consecutive rounds of sparring.

I wanted to do something special to commemorate having studied the martial arts for 25 years and I thought that 100 rounds of light-contact sparring with my karate students would be a fine way to remember the occasion. 

We even turned it into a charity event and raised over $3,000.00 for the American Cancer Society (two of my students were cancer survivors including my top student and the 10 year old kid I sparred with in round 99).

But i am “bright idea” take over five and half hour finish. Suingguhpun we only use light connection, i am bruised weighing from elbow to circle at both weapon from gets. I am dehydrated about half way point and can pittance stand, let self boot, to most of mid patrol.  But up at end, i catch my renewal and return to amourously pity my student tapping at head with my foot. : )

Fitness challenges enters all sorts of kind. There challenge, a certain import divine inspiration, to everyone of we that not only our physical stamina effort but take us to next where must we unified violence way of thinking and even spritual purity.

This challenges depend on ourselves individual taste and special favorite. I personally never will run marathon. This has request zero to me to trotoar pound to be more 26 miles.  But most of you may be wouldn't want mast to 100 patrols, bo matter how illumine connection.  And on the ground present part from challenge physical pretty - picks something that actually speak to you.

Perhaps that hiking appalachian trace.  Or equip one who cruel triathlon at hawaii.  Or perhaps for you that is serious challenge take physical extreme practice, way of thinking,  and emotional energy walks to end out of you drive unassisted road to takes newspaper. We are all has our certain conditon and current fitness level considers.  But we are all also can from a distance more than we do on base daily.

I suggest you find that fitness challenges arouses you. Your something that feel perhaps only pittance out of you achieve,  but in down in you know you can make this happen if your alive depend on this.  And then implementing of. Carriage. Take little step that gets you closer to your challenge each day.  And before you know this, you'll look for next mount rises.

Below are a few fitness challenges to consider as you contemplate what might inspire you to take your training to the next level:

1 full raise. That foot-ball and palm above floor, return straight, elbow locks at the top of.  And breast nudges floor in care of. This challenge very well to many out of you read this. Save practice and you can get there. You can bring down to push good without there problem? Want to achieve 50 hard push good. I say hard push good. Bot on any account very easy this is voice.

Run to marathon/10k/5k/surround to get in the way. I don't hid the fact that i hate to run. Perhaps this because army ramm this is my gullet down.  But many people felt to like distances runs that is challenge speaks to them.  And if this speak to you, lift distance now outside your pleasant region and go to this! Only not confused long distance as according to method losts effective fat.

Slide down/olympic ball room dance/karate/figure weightlifting. Am i purpose here do new skill set.  And will lift skill set that will take year to boss. You may be want something that lifts you think fun also.

Land challenge sign. Climb mt. Everest, submerge at waikiki,  or as according to ox at spain. Many long standing dream person ports this about has taked to that local famous world never has taked root. Life too short keep your trip dream at returns burner - make plan, date set,  and make your dream happens.
